About the Role:

The Distribution Analyst will play an integral role in scaling our supply chain. This role will own the tracking and reporting of finished goods from manufacturing partners through 3PL fulfillment. This role will be instrumental in our continued growth as we add points of distribution. The Distribution Analyst will analyze inventory and shipment data and work closely with cross functional partners to ensure accurate reporting and movement of goods. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain & Procurement and will work closely with both internal and external partners. This is a Hybrid position where you will work on-site in Danville Tuesdays-Thursdays and remotely Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure fulfillment of orders

• Work closely with 3PLs on item management, inventory reconciliation, order issues and material dispositions

• Regularly report on inventory status and communicate potential shortages. Work with internal teams to manage risks

• Investigate and resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies

• Create and update shipping and receiving SOPs as needed

• Attend meetings with fulfillment partners to address open issues and areas for improvement

• Work with Quality/Product Development on traceability exercises

• Own inventory transfers between facilities and resolve associated freight claims

• Review shipping processes and packaging and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

• 3+ years experience in a supply chain role overseeing inventory, warehousing or logistics.

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).

• Experience with ERP systems and business analytics reporting preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, critical thinker with strong analytical capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven, team environment.

• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail-ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

• Creative thinker that actively seeks out new solutions to problems.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonus and full benefits
