The Disruption and Innovation Program Director is responsible for identifying new innovations that provide a seamless customer experience across products, channels, and operations
This role is responsible for identifying leading edge technologies in partnership with the technology team to improve the employee experience and deliver customers with capabilities to manage their holistic banking relationship.
This role is responsible for the strategic assessment of opportunities in partnership with technology and cross-functional First National Bank business divisions, strategic partners/vendors and Fintech companies.
This role will engage with companies and other industries to increase First National Bank's long-term value by accelerating knowledge and new opportunities through partnerships that further our mission
This role will partner with operational leaders to determine what key business challenges need to be improved/modified/eliminated and determine what new and existing technologies can drive viable solutions to solve our customer problems.
This role will partner with the customer experience team to understand where new innovations are necessary/needed/adding value to address gaps in our customer expectations.
This role will be a change- agent to drive the agile transformation in the business unit to create new product in a more agile and customer-centric way.
This role will create a robust pipeline of new technologies that will deliver on the business needs to deliver the end-to-end customer intended journeys.
This role will drive more engagement and exposure with Fintech companies both locally and at the national level to identify key strategic partnerships.
Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers in order to achieve individual and team goals
Inspire cross-functional peers in order to build a strong partnership in delivering excellent products and experiences
Develop innovative and industry leading products that uniquely serve First National Bank's customers
Strategize at both the macro-level, as well as for more tactical outcomes that are required to drive growth and customer satisfaction
Define a rolling 18- month strategy to move forward key technologies and business product ideas
Create, evangelize, and deploy new customer-centric agile product development processes
Accelerate the product ideation, testing and validation process to help the bank move faster with new time sensitive market opportunities and partnerships
Influence key stakeholders throughout the bank in order to align resources and prioritization of the most valuable opportunities
Identify and evaluate acquisition, partnership and investment opportunities with a bias towards actionable intelligence and/or results
Identify actionable ideas with existing partnerships and Fintech to drive forward the customer intended experiences and agile transformation both at the local and national level
Attend industry events and keep abreast of the latest innovations and technologies to solution that can solve business/customer needs
Create knowledge experts within the team that can provide updates to leadership when new technology education or understanding is needed
Minimum of three  years of Disruption & Innovation Product Ownership/Methodology experience preferred
