We are hiring immediately for full time DISPATCHER positions.
Location: TAMU College Station
Friday, 6:00 am
2:30 pm, 11:00 am
7:30 pm or 6:00 pm
6:00am. Rotating 12 hour shifts. More details upon interview.
Requirement: Over the phone customer service and de-escalation experience required. Must be technologically advanced.
Pay Range: $14.00 to $17.50

Job Summary
Summary: Receives and processes customer service requests via phone, email, and computer systems. Coordinates communication with emergency services, contractors, or other related providers that are needed to resolve the issue at hand. Monitors multiple systems to ensure timely response by service departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides quality customer service to customers by focusing on attention to detail
Serves as a liaison between departments to coordinate services
Communicates efficiently and effectively
Responds to requests for service or assistance from customers and other departments
Promotes requests in an efficient, timely manner according to current departmental standards, and priorities
Ensures accurate, timely notification of service interruptions
Monitors fire alarm systems and notified appropriate services for response
Regularly works rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills:
Regularly required to use a computer, multi-line phone system, and 2-way radio
Excellent written and verbal communication
