What We Need:

F.H. Furr is seeking a skilled and organized Dispatcher to play a pivotal role in ensuring our field technicians are dispatched efficiently and effectively. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, prioritizing calls, and providing exceptional customer service. We will hold a training class for this position starting on October 15th.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and location
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Coordinate with the team to allocate resources for emergency calls
• Monitor field technicians' progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician activities

Qualifications:

• Service Titan experience highly preferred
• Proven experience in a dispatching or scheduling role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with scheduling software or dispatching systems (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately record and relay information
