Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team Responsibilities: Answer inbound telephone calls and direct as appropriate Dispatch mechanics through the automated field management system Communicate with customers as necessary Communicate with field technicians as necessary Perform all general office tasks and filing as required Qualifications:
