Currently, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Auto Parts Dispatcher, preferably with experience in the automotive industry and proficiency in automotive logistics software to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

The auto parts dispatcher utilizes dealership proprietary software to efficiently dispatch auto parts to the appropriate destinations. You will manage a team of 9 delivery drivers while monitoring deliveries/pick-ups to ensure on-time and successful delivery execution for each order, performs data entry, inventory, pull/stock parts orders, engages in driver communication and other duties as needed.

Job duties & functions include:

• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking dispatched parts and managing delivery schedules.
• Communicate effectively with the parts department, delivery drivers, and other relevant team members.
• Collaborate with service advisors to prioritize urgent parts orders and ensure timely deliveries for customer satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using dealership proprietary software.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the parts department to reorder as needed.
• Address and resolve any issues related to delayed deliveries or discrepancies in parts orders.
• Work proactively to prevent potential challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure that all dispatched parts meet quality standards and are in excellent condition.
• Implement quality control measures to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be able to pass pre-employment screenings such as Background Check and Drug Testing.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a parts dispatching role and demonstrated proficiency in using software for dispatching and tracking.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple parts orders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, drivers, and other departments.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
