Pay: $21-$25 Per Hour

Full Time Position, Monday to Friday, 7 AM- 4:30 PM

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dispatch Warehouse Lead.

Responsibilities

• Picking, Packing, Shipping, Receiving, Order Fulfillment

• Coordinate the dispatch and transportation of goods with the warehouse team

• Take full ownership of daily production tasks, including operating and maintaining various pieces of equipment

• Maintain strong communication with various departments via phone calls and email

• Ensure timely completion of orders

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

• Uphold strict quality standards throughout the production process

• Accountable to results

Skills

• Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team

• Detail oriented

• Excellent physical strength and stamina. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

• Computer literate and experience staying on top of a high volume of emails

• Familiarity with WMS systems, Netsuite or similar routing software

• Effective communicator as this role works in tandem with other departments and drivers

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Proficient in English

• 1-2 years of warehouse or similar wholesale inventory experience required

• Forklift knowledge is a must; no forklift experience does not discredit a candidate. However, this skill must be learned and demonstrated ability must be above proficient within 30 days of hire.
