Position Performance Expectations

• 100% of your customers are updated daily on current wait times and where they are placed in line.

• Schedules and dispatches the right technician greater than 90% of the time using our technician skills matrix

• Meet or exceed your daily revenue goals through the utilization of our call priority matrix greater than 90% of the time

• Actively collects 100% of the money owed for work completed through on-site technicians

• 100% accurate data entry, reporting, and scorekeeping

• Positive attitude, professionalism, trustworthiness, availability, work ethic, and collaborative spirit
