Location: Franklin, TN (Office-based)
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually plus benefits and PTO

Responsibilities:
- Oversee / Manage the responsibilities of the Customer Success Coordinator to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist Account Managers with daily tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and deliver quotes to customers promptly and accurately.
- Track orders and maintain regular updates for customers on order status.
- Manage and report on customer satisfaction metrics and feedback.
- Proactively manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct project management activities to support successful project delivery.
- Perform post-project follow-ups to gather feedback and assess customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on daily tickets and inquiries to provide timely responses and resolutions.
- Schedule meetings as needed to facilitate communication and project coordination.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new customers to ensure a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Management experience in a customer success role preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer success or support role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
