FRN is currently seeking a Dishwasher, to assist our dietary staff with providing delicious and nutritious meals for our patients.

This position will be located at Foundations Recovery Network's facility, Black Bear Lodge, located in Sautee, Georgia.

Position Summary

To provide a clean and safe kitchen area for our staff by washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment and keep the dish-room and equipment clean and organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for setting up and taking down buffets, restocking, and preparation related to all aspects of the kitchen/ dining room.

Assumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware.

Load, run and unload dish machine or manually wash dishes.

Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.

Keep dish-room clean and organized.

Complete opening and closing checklists.

Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.

Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster.

Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.

Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.

Clean food preparation and production areas as required.

Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assists others in closing the kitchen.

Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvements.

Performs all other duties as required or assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel.

Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.

Must be able to work unsupervised.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Ability to streamline work processes and work cooperatively to provide excellent customer service.

Ability to learn job related material primarily through training, oral instruction and on-the-job observation.

In 2015, FRN became the Addiction Services Division of Pennsylvania-based Universal Health Services, Inc., one of the nation's largest hospital companies Black Bear Lodge is located in Sautee Nacoochee, GA on the gentle slope of Mt. Yonah. The location has a deep history in Native American lore. Black Bear Lodge is known for treating co-occurring disorders, or the presence of both addiction and mental health concerns. This is also known as a Dual Diagnosis, but many treatment centers are only capable of addressing either an addiction or a mental health issue—not both in the same setting. This Addiction Treatment and Behavioral Health Executive will have a proven record of accomplishment providing services in a for-profit Addiction Treatment Environment, Hospital/Residential Treatment Program or has managed a large Addiction Treatment Outpatient or Inpatient Program. Candidates must show a strong employment history with progressive growth throughout their career. The ideal Chief Executive Officer (CEO) candidate will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations, managing and developing staff, assuring high quality care, sound fiscal operations, maintaining a strong referral base and compliance with Accreditation and Regulatory entities while continually monitoring the facility's services and delivery systems. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision and values. Operational management of clinical and non-clinical departments including but not limited to: Nursing, Admissions, Business Development, Process Improvement, Finance, Clinical Services, Regulatory Affairs that effectively drive patient care outcomes Ensure facility quality metrics are achieved through sound clinical processes following accreditation and regulatory agency guidelines.
