VIEW JOBS 5/13/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-08-11T00:00 Overview Responsible for providing quality and efficient service to customers through the daily management of a team of up to 24 employees by motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem solving Responsibilities * Provides daily direction and communication to staff to make sure customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner. * Supports employees with work-related problems by providing appropriate coaching, counseling, direction, and resolution. * Schedules and supervises Call Center, Production, and Storefront CSRs and Leads. * Conducts and oversees resource planning and conducts ongoing staff evaluations to maintain desired customer service levels. * Maintains a consistent, high quality, customer-focused orientation when conducting business and providing services and products to clients, the general public, and other external customers. * Monitors and evaluates employee performance providing feedback, coaching, and on-the-job training as required. * Monitors staff for compliance with established quality measures, policies, and SOPs. * Properly uses observations and data findings to make informed decisions. * Makes sure training needs are identified and met to enhance skills of staff. * Develops and successfully implements initiatives, process improvements and operational changes needed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the CSC and to support superior employee performance. * Communication with clients. * Implementation of corrective actions on client issues. * Participates in the Employee Performance Appraisal Process. * Supports the Quality and Training Department and performs quality reviews for assigned activities and reports results. * Prepares weekly and monthly status reports. * Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements * Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals * React positively to an ongoing, changing environment * Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals * Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers * Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others * Perform additional duties as required by management Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. Experience: 2-4 years of management experience or have completed the Management Training Program successfully. Internal candiates must have demonstrated a thorough knowledge of GCS policies and procedures. Computer Experience: Must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems. Skills & Abilities: * Support quality program implementation and oversight. * Apply, explain, and confirm compliance with federal, state, and local policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. * Prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence, policies, procedures, and other written materials. * Evaluate and develop improvements in operations, policies, or procedures. * Organize, prioritize, and direct multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner and organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines. * Operate modern office equipment including computer equipment and specialized software applications including the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). * Use effective communication skills in person, over the telephone, and in writing. * Use tact, initiative, prudence, and independent judgment within general policy, procedural, and legal guidelines. * Establish, maintain, and foster positive and effective working relationships with staff and those contacted during work. * Must have good employee relations skills. * Must have good verbal communications and listening skills. * Write in a clear and concise manner * Manage time effectively * Solve problems or issues that may come up * Concentrate and focus for extended periods of time * Cope with high-stress and changing environment * Remain alert at all times * Adhere to policies and procedures * Adhere to work schedule and punctuality requirements All job offers are contingent upon completion of background checks.
