We are seeking a Part-time Dishwasher to join our service excellence Culinary team. This is an AM or PM Dishwasher position working breakfast, lunch or dinner.

What you know: Reliability, Dependability, Consistency, Thoughtfulness. What you don't know: We'll teach you. We serve residents in a senior living community that has its own restaurant. We care for them and each other by providing an experience that rivals well run restaurants with high quality menus and service. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner . . . and by 7:30pm on most evenings, we all go home. We increase our odds of becoming a part of this team by passing a background check and drug screen, and our full time employees have great benefit packages available to them.

Part-Time Sunday through Thursday 3pm-7pm $15hr

• $500 TO $1000 REFERRAL BONUS.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.

• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance and presentation standards at all times.

• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards at all times.

• Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.

• Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service, assist with dish washing, and reset tables.

• Serve residents using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

• Knowledge of diets provided and served correctly per Policy and Procedure.

• Represent community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment.

• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required

• Experience in food service work preferred

• Experience in working with seniors preferred

Starting pay $15.00/hour
