Operate a commercial dishwasher following manufacturer guidelines. Use a 3-bay sink system to clean and sanitize dishes if the dishwasher is not operational. Hand scrub pots and pans.

Assist in cleaning the kitchen, including mopping and wiping down surfaces. Remove trash and break down boxes for recycling. Help with putting away deliveries and rotating stock.
