Position Summary:
The Dishwasher is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of dishes, serve ware, equipment, etc. In addition, the individual may perform other serviceable duties as assigned. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized

  • Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned

  • Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management

  • Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks

  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

  • Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation

  • Ensures security of company assets

  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager


  • Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures

  • Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals

  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

  • Requires constant standing/walking

  • Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.

Global Support & Deployment Services (SDS) is a mature, profitable, multi-billion-dollar business that is a key area of growth for Dell. Specifically, the new team member will lead marketing strategy for a growing renewals and after-point-of-sale (APOS) service contract business for the Dell EMC commercial business. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing strategy, activation and measurement of initiatives designed to drive incremental revenue and a good customer experience. You'll put the customer first, but will demonstrate strong business acumen and ROI focus. We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven experience in program managing demand activities with measurable return. A strong attention to detail is critical, as are project management skills and excellent collaborative skills in order to work effectively across organizations and across levels. This person will present strategy and results to senior level executives. Key Responsibilities * Design a multi-year After Point of Sale (APOS) marketing plan, projecting cost, impact and ROI – in close alignment with global APOS sales * Identify, track and report the KPIs related to your programs and activities; manage your budget to ROI goals * Build, update and own your activities roadmap; proactively seek opportunities to share and explain it * Work within the offer messaging parameters set by SDS product marketing, and within corporate brand guidelines * Think globally, but engage with regional field marketing to ensure alignment with localized strategies and requirements * Be familiar with our marketing automation tools (Eloqua, SFDC) and how to leverage them * Be familiar with implications of marketing direct as well as through channel * Find new and innovative ways to market * Develop knowledge of the SDS business (and more specifically, the APOS landscape) to guide your decision-making and allow you to be influential in cross-BU marketing discussions. * Be proactive with your ideas, be inclusive of others' input before taking action, be helpful to others, and help raise the quality bar for the team Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related area plus 10+ years of experience * 7+ years of integrated and campaign marketing with strong understanding of how marketing programs are implemented to drive adoption * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with internal stakeholders and customers * Strong negotiation skills, including cross-cultural negotiation experience * Strong skills in content marketing, channel marketing and sales enablement * Strong familiarity with demand gen, lead gen * Detail oriented, strong organizational and project management skills * Experience with using PowerPoint presentations to convey information * Comfort with presenting to executives * Experience with managing issues and working under time pressure * Experience driving a virtual team remotely * Positive attitude, collaborative and adaptive style Competencies: * Understands Dell EMC's business model and strategy * Experienced in solution-selling or -marketing * Understands the IT ecosystem * Understands market dynamics and technology in the Services space * Microsoft Office with a special focus on PowerPoint and Excel * Preferred: Understanding of Services in an IT environment Benefits We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities — all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
