Disaster Restoration Technician

ServiceMaster of Sooland is currently seeking Full-time Disaster Restoration Technicians to directly assist our customers during their disaster emergencies.

Restoration Technicians complete a variety of services including; demolition, structure cleaning, bio-hazard waste removal, and a variety of other duties consistent with the restoration of structures after water and fire losses. Restoration technicians enjoy having a variety of tasks each day and have exceptional personal standards of quality. No two days will ever be the same!

Our Disaster Restoration Technicians are among the highest regarded in the nation. ServiceMaster provides training to all individuals - no previous experience necessary!

Qualifications

• Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs

• Being Detail-Oriented

• Good Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• This position is a daytime shift, with the occasional evening floor care and on-call schedule.

• Whether it's residential or commercial, our teams will be there to assist with quality work and a professional attitude

• Water Damage Clean Up

• Fire Damage Clean Up

• Residential & Commercial Carpet Cleaning

• House Wide Cleaning

• Post Construction Cleaning

• General Floor Maintenance (Strip & Wax, Scrubbing, Buffing)

• Vehicle Inventory
