This position is responsible for administering and communicating rules and compliance regarding disability benefits for all OhioHealth associates in Central Ohio. This position assists in the development of Disability Management processes by capturing data to identify trends and develops action and processes to support innovative and competitive change. This position is also responsible for maintaining compliance with FMLA, Workers Compensation rules and regulations, Temporary Disability Pay and Long Term Disability plans through the administration of the Leave of Absence process.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education, Certification, Registration, LicenseHighschool or GEDField of Study: High school
Years of Experience: 1SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE High school General working knowledge of FMLA, Workers Compensation, and Disability Administration. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Automated Time and Attendance system. One year experience in disability administration or related field.
