What You Will Do
As an Associate with St. Vincent Health-IN, you will have the opportunity to direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies.
Develops and implements policies and procedures which guide and support the provision of services and meets productivity plans.
Recommends department's requirements for space, equipment, and financial needs. Participates in the selection of sources for needed services.
Prepares budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding.
Oversees activities related to staffing including hiring, orienting, evaluating, coaching, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
Monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness; develops and implements changes required for process improvement.
What You Will Need
Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc.
Safety Professional specializing in Healthcare.
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred
