ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and drive plans for the business and performance against these plans, to include long range planning (LRP), budgeting, monthly forecasts, and within-month monitoring

• Work closely with business partners to maximize results, provide insights and recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Responsible for preparing monthly financial reporting package, including a consolidated business unit P&L and various KPIs.

• Develop detailed calculation models, highly adaptable to changing assumptions and inputs.

• Lead and mentor a team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their contributions align with department and company objectives.

• Collaborate and align cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Demand Planning, Operations, Finance and Accounting

• Continuously improve and streamline processes, leveraging technology and best practices to increase accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.

• Provide ad-hoc analysis, business reviews and reports as required by Senior Management, and support projects as needed.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Extremely strong business acumen and a passion for driving organizational success.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects or deliverables at one time.

• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, including ability to prepare and deliver business critical presentations to senior management.

• Strong analytical and creative critical thinking skills.

• Strong understanding of information flows within a global consumer goods company environment.

• Intermediate understanding of accounting principles.

• Intermediate Excel required, advanced Excel a plus; experience with Power BI, Tableau or other visualization tools preferred

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system preferred.

• Experience with multi-currency results and reporting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of forecasting methods and concepts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business required; MBA or CPA preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience with a heavy emphasis on analysis, financial modeling, forecasting and reporting.

• Minimum 5 years leadership/management experience.

• Previous experience in a mid-size or sizeable international manufacturer/distributor or consumer products industry experience preferred.

• Golf industry experience is a plus.
