Role Description:

PJT Park Hill is seeking an individual with strong analytical and writing skills, who takes initiative, has great attention to detail, works well under pressure, and has the ability to work well both independently and within teams in a boutique investment advisory firm.

PJT Park Hill's Direct Placement group offers employees the chance to engage directly with top caliber private equity firms by providing a broad range of advisory services, including vehicle formation and capital raising, as well as customized capital solutions for direct, co-investment, and other financing opportunities. The private placement process uniquely develops both the quantitative and qualitative skills required at more advanced levels across financial services.

Candidates for the position must possess knowledge of and interest in the alternative asset industry, as well as at least 1-2 years of prior finance experience. Ideal candidates have a background in private placements, investment banking, alternative asset investor relations or similar fields. The job requires the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints, interact effectively with clients, and demonstrate great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

On deals, the role of Analysts or Associate is to assist the deal team in all aspects - including working directly with clients in drafting investment memorandums and marketing materials, preparing for and coordinating all due diligence meetings and materials, and helping to coordinate all roadshow scheduling and logistics.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with various research projects and the sourcing, diligence and origination of new mandates. The Analyst or Associate will also manage and maintain external PJT Park Hill Direct Placement materials, including marketing/pitch materials, deal pipeline offering booklets and executive presentations for the Partners of PJT.

Expected annualized base salary of $120,000 to $150,000.

This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate's relevant qualifications, skills and experience.

Base salary is one component of PJT Partners' compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners' compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
