This is an office based role based in Morrisville, NC (Research Triangle Park). There is a possibility for relocation assistance.
The individual we are seeking is a Director/ Senior Director, HRBP to support key areas of our growing business.
You will have the opportunity and expectation to make a measurable impact on the future of the global Worldwide Clinical Trials organization.
This role will be an active part of the business leadership team for the companys largest business unit and will work to develop and execute human resources strategies globally.
The HRBP will be pivotal in providing internal consultancy expertise, identifying internal talent & leadership, and overseeing organizational design necessary to support business growth in years to come. There is a key area of focus on infrastructure design dependent on data, analytics & insight.

An intellectual curiosity beyond most HR practitioners, exploring and delivering on new ways of working with progressive concepts and ideas. Ability to harmonize people practices across the organization. Proven and demonstrated consultancy skills, exploring a series of alternative approaches to ensure a successful future for a Company that is established under the principles of long term thinking and value creation over time with a strong performance-based culture. Comfortable with working in an ambiguous environment, where clarity rarely exists and individuals have blurred lines of responsibility in the organization.
This HR Business partner role needs an individual who will be a partner, adviser, leader, coach and key influencer for colleagues within the specific businesses for which they provide support as well as across the world. They will be a trusted counsel and coach to the business unit head.
As a senior member of the HRBP team, this person will be a coach and collaborative support to others in the department. The role requires continual investment in learning the Company culture and finding ways that ensure it provides a competitive advantage over the next decade. The ability to remain agile and learning new ways of working will be a critical success factor for this individual. Candidates for this role must be able to un-learn past Human Capital practices and concepts that have become institutionalized over time within the industry but provide very little proven value to the long-term viability of a business.

You will likely have a minimum of 15 years experience in the HR function. Some of which should have been as a business unit HR Business Partner. Ideally, you will have been responsible for International HR issues and will likely have worked in a project-based, data-rich environment. You must have good analytical skills and used to using the power of data.
