The position holder manages the global strategic planning and operations function for Oncology Global Marketing value & Access team.
Leads strategic plan, key cross functional projects and initiatives, and provides ongoing thought leadership and operations support to the Regional Head and Regional leadership.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Define Global Strategic Plan in close cooperation with Finance, the Global Marketing leadership team and Global Strategic Planning
Lead CX Planning Process and helps define prioritization/resource allocation across countries/brands
Lead Strategic Projects and ensure strong execution
Manage global operational activities for Marketing (Staff/ LEAD Meetings, Global Head objective monitoring, Coordinate Country Visits, Business Reviews, Town halls, Governance overview)
Develop high quality presentations (e.g., senior management reviews, oncology ECC meetings, customer meetings, country visits)
Serve as core member of global marketing leadership Team. Also, work together with ECC program manager/ Strat Ops Lead to manage ECC agendas
Serve as in-house advisor and consultant on all strategic key Regional decisions
Key interfaces include: Global Marketing Value & Access Head, and GMV&A Leadership Team members and Corporate Strategic Planning, Onco Regional Heads and OGM in top 9 countries
