Since 2006 Carolina House has been providing high-quality care for males, females, and all gender inclusive battling eating disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions. We provide programming at three locations, with our two residential treatment settings in an idyllic, rural farmhouse in Durham, North Carolina, and a community-based day treatment and intensive outpatient center in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The essential functions of this position include:
Growing the lines of service as defined by management by developing/retaining referrals from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources.
Collaborate closely with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management, as well as provide education to staff to generate referral sources.
Work collaboratively with all levels of facility and division sales leadership to support the organization mission and revenue goals by selling of service line attributes, processes and outcomes to consumer, physician and market facility groups/individuals.
Collaborate with facility and division leaders, to evaluate, analyze and interpret market utilization data for facility service lines.
Ensure that referral priorities are identified and in line with the vision and strategic goals of the organization.
Collaborate with division and/or market physician services, facility leaders and medical staff leadership to develop sales and retention strategies for facility services.
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Five or more years related experience in healthcare business development role, minimum of 1 year supervisory responsibility.
