Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) This is a Stanford Health Care job. A Brief Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Owner to lead effort and partner with design agency, internal IT team, and content migration agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex website implementations and specific experience with Adobe Experience Manager.

The candidate should also possess expertise in managing integration migrations, as well as a deep understanding of requirements gathering and ticket management systems such as JIRA. Will also be responsible for understanding how data from internal systems will be connected to the AEM platforms and connection with other Adobe products such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Data Platform. Locations Stanford Health Care What you will do Management of a team of professionals through the successful implementation of a complex academic website new design and migration project.

Utilize expertise in Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager implementation best practices to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the website migration workstreams. Directs the agency team in creating the optimal user experience and design. Collaborates with the IT team to ensure alignment of functionality/design with technology capabilities.

Leads the creation of user stories that are utilized by SHC IT Web team. Prioritizes the users stories and works with SHC IT Web team to plan each sprint development cycle of what is worked and pushed live on site. Oversee backend integration and content migration projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Gather and document requirements using JIRA workflows, ensuring clear communication and alignment with multiple stakeholders. Utilize SharePoint to facilitate collaboration and document management within the team. Ensure legal compliance and healthcare compliance in all website implementations, adhering to industry regulations and standards.

Leverage experience in academia to bring knowledge and expertise around accessibility for websites, ensuring inclusivity for all users. Champion personalization, language and content strategy implementation ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals. Education Qualifications Bachelors degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university Experience Qualifications Eight (8) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience Proven experience in managing complex website implementations, preferably involving both Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager.

Strong expertise in managing multiple integrations and migrations. Proficiency in requirements gathering using JIRA, or similar ticketing system. Experience with SharePoint for collaboration and document management.

Familiarity with legal compliance and healthcare compliance. Knowledge and expertise in academia, particularly in the area of website accessibility. Strong understanding of language and content management for websites.

Familiarity with design systems, providing guidance and support to the team in maintaining a cohesive and visually appealing customer-focused online presence. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Extensive experience in managing UI/UX design and agency management. Knowledge of the latest in web technologies.

Able to create compelling business cases. Strong Program Management skills to ensure coordination among scrum master leads in content, web operations, design and tech teams. Works well in a highly matrixed organization.

Knowledge of the agile product development process and specifically SCRUM methodology. Thoughtful and strategic approach to problem solving skilled in analytical thinking . Ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team. Strong interpersonal skills, able to motivate and drive collaboration with other departments and stakeholders without direct authority over those groups.

Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to develop high level senior executive presentations. Generally starting at $79.15 - $104.87 per hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
