Establish an on-going dialogue with the assigned channels to provide regular updates, ensure KPIs are being met and confirm and/or modify content direction.
Manage and oversee internal and external vendor relationships, including assignment timelines and associated budgets.

Commission and pull reporting to help guide decisions and content development.
Manage the budget documents and relationship with internal finance team.

Excellent understanding of entertainment content consumption on all digital platforms.

Must be able to prioritize, handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines.

Excellent social media and digital literacy, particularly online video and video production.

Set the vision and strategy for how video will be used and executed to engage target audiences and meet goals across sales, operations and servicing channels across Freedom Mortgage for maximum results. This person will lead video storytelling and set the standard for high quality video at Freedom.
This position is partially remote. Candidate needs to be near Mt. Laurel, NJ.
Develop video strategy for multiple distribution platforms with a goal of improving customer the customer experience, driving audience growth and reducing live support requirements.
Drive continuous improvement of video treatments formats, standards and publishing operations to meet audience expectations, channel optimization and marketing priorities.
Develop processes, tools and recommend state-of-the art technologies to innovate and scale deliverables.
Create tone and style guidelines to maintain a distinctive voice that adheres to brand standards and helps bring the brand to life across channels.
Partner with business channels and marketing teams to sync publishing calendar with overarching content output.
Ensure the pipeline of new content is consistent, and that archival content is effectively resurfaced.
Manage, guide and inspire a team of producers
Direct and manage media production from preproduction through post production
Identify industry insights and trends to define and refine channel approach.
