Essential and Other Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish an on-going dialogue with the assigned channels to provide regular updates, ensure KPIs are being met and confirm and/or modify content direction.

  • Manage and oversee internal and external vendor relationships, including assignment timelines and associated budgets.

  • Manage audience development growth strategy with clearly defined plan and ability to effectively measure.

  • Commission and pull reporting to help guide decisions and content development.

  • Manage the budget documents and relationship with internal finance team.


  • 8+ years experience in video and production
  • 5+ years experience writing scripts and storyboards
  • 5+ years experience with Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Adobe Premier
  • 5+ years experience with animation
  • 2+ years experience in mortgage, finance, or other highly regulated industry
  • 5+ years experience managing a team of writers and producers.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong understanding of analytics and familiarity with SEO best practices across content formats.

  • Excellent understanding of entertainment content consumption on all digital platforms.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Must be able to prioritize, handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, extremely detail oriented and independent worker with strong track record of cross functional collaboration.

  • Excellent social media and digital literacy, particularly online video and video production.

  • Effective and inspiring leader with a passion for pop culture and television advertising.





Set the vision and strategy for how video will be used and executed to engage target audiences and meet goals across sales, operations and servicing channels across Freedom Mortgage for maximum results. This person will lead video storytelling and set the standard for high quality video at Freedom.

This position is partially remote. Candidate needs to be near Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop video strategy for multiple distribution platforms with a goal of improving customer the customer experience, driving audience growth and reducing live support requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement of video treatments formats, standards and publishing operations to meet audience expectations, channel optimization and marketing priorities.

  • Develop processes, tools and recommend state-of-the art technologies to innovate and scale deliverables.

  • Create tone and style guidelines to maintain a distinctive voice that adheres to brand standards and helps bring the brand to life across channels.

  • Partner with business channels and marketing teams to sync publishing calendar with overarching content output.

  • Ensure the pipeline of new content is consistent, and that archival content is effectively resurfaced.

  • Manage, guide and inspire a team of producers

  • Direct and manage media production from preproduction through post production

  • Identify industry insights and trends to define and refine channel approach.

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Comply with all company policies and procedures

This role will also define the strategies and relevant tactics that drive behavior changes with Healthcare Professional customer segments. * Based on insights gleaned from Healthcare Professional customers, their desired experience, and needs for information, education and/or services, this role will define the content strategy and collaborate with tumor teams and other relevant teams to develop and meet customers' content needs across a continuum of needs in managing their patients. This role will develop a framework for assessing customers' content needs, how our company can support those needs and work with stakeholders to develop the relevant content (promotional messages, services and/or solutions). * Drive the implementation of our multi-tumor omnichannel personalized Healthcare Professional engagement strategy that defines and provides guidance on tumor priorities by customer segment, understands capacity limits of our customers holistically across Personal and Non-Personal channels and, content/service needs/preferences through Personal and Non-personal channels to develop a holistic customer engagement strategy. The role will work with the sales and digital marketing organizations to collaboratively map the optimal engagement mixes for personal and non-personal engagements based on individual customers' preferences and needs in order to drive the optimal experience for customers. * Define customer experience priorities and either initiate or collaborate with relevant teams across our company to realize an optimal Healthcare Professional customer experience for Healthcare Professionals.
