The Director, Transformation PMO is a critical roleresponsible for the support and execution of strategic business transformationprograms across GapTech. This positionwill manage the processes and tools that will enable GapTech on the journeytowards a fully DevOps model. Thisincludes accountability for financial visibility to the leader team, managementand reporting of transformation goals, and the identification andimplementation of change management processes across the organization. Thisrole will work cross functionally across GapTech and will engage with alllevels to build out processes that will ensure successful outcomes.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Facilitate prioritization, planning andexecution of the GapTech Transformation program

  • Drive employee commitment across alllevels of the organization with a focus on key priorities

  • Leverage data in decision making andcourse correct as necessary

  • Introduce new tools, processes, andtechnology that will enable the transformation process

  • Maintain status of transformationinitiatives and track attainment of goals through regular Executive reporting

  • Facilitate risk mitigation and contingencyplanning; Surface issues and risks; Escalate for resolution

  • Demonstrate value and communicatesuccesses regularly

  • Manage internal and externalinterdependencies, resolving blockers and dependencies

KeyExperiences

  • 10+ years of consulting, engineering, technologyor program management experience

  • Change management experience and workingknowledge of technology organization structure preferred

  • Experience managing large programs or aportfolio of projects

  • Experience working with engineeringdevelopment and ops teams in DevOps model

  • Demonstrated understanding of modernsoftware development and infrastructure tools, processes and practices,including Agile Development, Cloud, DevOps

  • Creative and flexible mindset to planningand problem-solving, ability to lean into the details while maintaining the"big picture"

  • Strength in building partnerships; workingcollaboratively in a matrix, proven influencing skills

  • High degree of financial acumen

  • Demonstrated track record of aligning ITobjectives and programs to business objectives and strategies

  • A highly service-orientated approach witha track record of delivery and client satisfaction

  • Proven ability to provide executive levelcommunication and risk assessments

  • Strong executive presence and experienceadvising and interfacing with senior executives and business leadership ontechnology related issues, excellent executive-level verbal and writtencommunication
