The Role:
As the Director, Title Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in how Tubi presents our content library and priority original & licensed titles to the market. In this role, you will report to the Vice President, Consumer Marketing, and help guide Tubi's title marketing strategy. You will create evergreen marketing strategies and title specific campaigns for priority films and series.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative title marketing strategies tailored to adopt a younger social-first audience.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with content, product, research & analytics, and growth teams to drive viewership.
Act as a primary liaison with our content division and business partners within the Fox organization.
Marketing lead for our content greenlight and development processes.
Lead channel planning for title campaigns, in partnership with Media Strategy, CRM, Social, and Growth.
Developing Title Positioning to inform channel creative development.
Responsible for benchmarking performance by title with key learnings applied to future campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external entertainment industry partners, agencies and vendors on behalf of Tubi and Fox.
Collaborate with PR and communications teams to develop impactful public relations initiatives and media partnerships that enhance brand visibility and title / talent availability.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our approach to title marketing.
Requirements:
10+ years experience in marketing with increasing responsibility. And least 5 years within the entertainment, media, or streaming industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing innovative title marketing campaigns that drive viewership.
Strategic leader, experienced in managing executive stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.
Creative mindset and a passion for storytelling, entertainment, and consumer experiences.
Entertainment and Pop Culture Aficionado who identifies trends as they emerge.
Knowledge of streaming media industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Excellent written communication skills.
Expert deck making and presentation skills, able to make the complex simple and easy to understand.
