Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct research and develop market analyses to influence broad workforce planning initiatives for the business. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and assist the business in managing their headcount numbers. Partner with business leaders to identify existing/future talent needs from early in career to experienced hires and develop workforce recruitment plans to address requirements of the business.
Serve as SME on candidate sourcing strategy, intelligence, recruitment channels and market conditions. Assist Recruiters in proactively building networks for talent and developing recruitment tactics to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to align with and support overall organizational objectives to include driving diverse talent funnels and strategic initiatives. Identify and vet external vendors for partnership. Manage and leverage recruiting technology to enhance recruiting results. Research, develop, and launch new recruiting tools/technologies.
Establish key performance benchmarks for overall recruiting effectiveness and conduct ongoing analysis to measure results for process improvement. Track and communicate organizational performance against key performance benchmarks to key stakeholders. Leverage data and analytics to drive the narrative of our recruiting results.
Participate as an active and thoughtful member of the TA leadership team Partner with TA Strategic Sourcing (including UR and Diversity) to create strategies and solutions to ensure talent pipelines and a strong employment brand Work closely with HR and business partners to eliminate inhibitors to the recruiting process and level set expectations.
Other assignments as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specific & Technical Skills & Competencies
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects. Strong written and oral communications skills including compiling data into manageable formats and the ability to communicate effectively to a wide array of audiences.
Experience in the evaluation and development of recruiting processes, procedures and creative sourcing strategies. Strong command of data and analytics coupled with a highly developed business acumen. Experience with external talent acquisition solutions including agencies, universities and industry organizations. Ability to work in a team-based environment as well as on tasks which require high levels of initiative, autonomy and independent thought and action.

This individual will engage and collaborate across internal teams to support the vision, operational excellence and transformation agenda including our Technology, Operations and Analytics organizations.
BA/BS plus 7 years of related experience in the field of recruitment, human resources, technology or project management required.
