Pure Global Support, based in Lehi Utah, needs a Director of Support!

Bring your vision for legendary service delivery, your drive to do things better than anyone else, and help us set a new standard in Enterprise Technical Support.

  • With other leaders, set the strategic direction of service delivery at Pure.

  • Engage your wonder-director powers to facilitate the development and success of everyone around you.

  • Collaborate as no one has ever collaborated before to forge the tightest team of leaders in the industry.

  • Coordinate with Operations to create and monitor department budget(s), ensuring cost containment and appropriate expense management.

  • Evaluate, plan, promote, and execute long-term solutions to current and previous issues to ensure productive resolutions and high customer satisfaction is achieved.

  • Create and maintain a "dashboard" measuring critical areas in each of the departments. Monitor statistics and coach management teams where necessary to ensure timely, quality service is offered to all customers. Recommend necessary changes based on constant and in-depth analysis of these reports.

  • Prepare extensive reporting to management on a weekly and monthly basis informing of statistics, progress on goals, issues/concerns, and any other pertinent information.

  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and specifications to assure that HSPS goals and objectives are achieved

  • Facilitate team member engagement by clearly communicating the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives

  • Educate team members on major changes in the market as well as important issues affecting the business in order to facilitate innovation and effective problem solving

  • Stay abreast of and educate executives and other senior-level stakeholders on major changes in services technologies and methodologies that will drive longer-term strategic direction for the organization


  • At least 10 years managing high-performance teams.

  • Excellent management skills and ability to influence teams and divisions to achieve company support goals.

  • Expert decision-making ability.

  • Outstanding customer communication skills.

  • Experience managing enterprise support organizations and developing managers to achieve company targets.

  • Outstanding written communication skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.

  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Engineering) on projects and deliverables.

  • Experience in the data storage industry is a plus.

  • Experience managing technical teams.

  • Knowledge of IT industry specifically networking, cloud, data storage or virtualization.

Job Description KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for one or more of the following: * Provide leadership over multiple disparate work streams (EH&S, Facilities Maintenance (Electricians, building technicians), CMMS (computerized maintenance management system), and Fire Life Safety) * Manage teams who's day to day work directly impacts account KPI's and ensure expectations are met against assigned SLAs * Ensure that all critical and major technical work is carried out in the best interest of the business. * Ensure office space availability is maintained to meet business needs. * Manage applicable vendor relationships * Develop, manage, and adhere to budgets by building and service line * Drive incidents from active state through completion including managing teams responses, communication, and summary documentation * Recommend and implement policy and procedures including industry compliant MOPs, SOPs and Change Management processes. * Report abnormal or critical conditions immediately to the relevant C&W Facility Management and the General Manager. * Liaise with internal account support teams to ensure compliance with execution of process and procedures * Collaborate with Integrated Facilities Management teams and Leadership on various initiatives * Oversee compliance of EH&S practices to ensure we adhere to industry practices * Able to handle escalations or business concerns in a timely matter and put in place a corrective plan to mitigate any future occurrences * Partner with Technology team on implementation and rollout of platform integrations * Develop and deliver training methods, materials and programs relative to building operating standards. * Drive innovation through the development of best practices, operational and service efficiency as well as the identification of industry trends and tools that would contribute to our operational excellence goals * Develop, mentor and coach staff to achieve organizational sustainability and career growth * Develop and maintain technical proficiency, industry knowledge and communication skills to provide timely information on all property-specific issues as well as keeping the client informed of important developments and trends in the property and facility management industry * Identify and recommend remedial actions and process changes * Ensure portfolio is staffed by appropriately by skilled personnel and teams, taking direct responsibility for the appointment of qualified personnel and an effective succession plan JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Facilities, or Business * 10+ years of facilities management experience * Physical Requirements: * Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day * Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you * Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing * Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand * Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays * Or any similar combination of education and experience * Masters degree preferred * Industry certification preferred (IFMA, BOMA, etc) * Thorough understanding of financial reporting and variance analysis * Excellent verbal communication and business writing skills * Proven experience in management/evaluation/development/motivation of subordinates Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
