As the Director of Technical Program Management for the Transportation and Auto team, you will utilize your leadership skills and significant talents for program management, mobilizing cross-functional teams within Geo but also working with other product areas towards delivering solutions for scale and data-driven decision-making in order to lead, launch and support our product delivery needs. Your passion, technical and business depth and excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills will inspire our teams and rapidly establish trust amongst a diverse set of stakeholders and customers. You have the foundations of an incredible engineering program manager and can lead program teams to be high achieving working on ambitious goals and deliverables and can also help teams to scale as more automakers work with Google.

You will also be an excellent collaborator working with your customer teams, understanding their needs and ensuring that your team is appropriately resourced against their priorities. Build, lead and inspire an organization of Technical Program Managers (TPM) across multiple locations drawn from several parts of the business with a goal of driving alignment amongst stakeholders.
Provide oversight of delivery across the complete portfolio of transportation and automotive services in Geo and be a thought leader to help drive impact for Geo as one of its leads.
Partner closely with Engineering Directors, Product Managers and Leadership to ensure TPM alignment with engineering and product priorities. Forecast resourcing requirements for TPM while driving sublinear scaling.
Lead other TPM groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, manager objective key results, release on time, bring tooling efficiencies and help teams in execution.
Be a PMO partner to Engineering and Product Leads for the Transportation and Auto team in Geo and drive improvements to current processes.
