Director, Talent Management

Regeneron is currently seeking a Director for Career and Talent Management. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that support career development, enhance talent experiences, and promote internal mobility within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that support our business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure that we attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will help turn strategy into action.

The role is hybrid 3 days onsite, based at our HQ campus in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This role is not open to fully remote-based work arrangements.

As the Director, Talent Management, typical workdays might include the following:

• Develop and implement career development programs that align with the company's business goals and objectives.

• Design and manage innovative talent management to create a culture of continuous performance, talent management, and succession approach.

• Promote internal mobility by creating and implementing strategies to provide employees with opportunities to grow and develop within the organization.

• Collaborate with HR and senior business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategic plans to fill them.

• Provide strategic direction and guidance to employees and managers on career development and progression.

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of career development, talent experiences, and internal mobility programs to senior leadership.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in career development and talent management, and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of career development and talent management initiatives.

• Are proficient in HRIS and talent management systems.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is highly preferred. At least 10 years of experience in career development, talent management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in designing and implementing strategic career development and talent management programs. Strong understanding of HR practices and principles, particularly in relation to career development and talent management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
