Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective annual review process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Lead talent review sessions, assessing employee performance, potential, and development needs.

• Connect performance evaluations to compensation decisions, ensuring fairness and transparency.

• Own and enhance technical and functional talent management programs.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve programs related to talent development, succession planning, and aligning them to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

• Generate regular reports on talent metrics, including performance ratings and succession planning progress.

• Provide insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

• Evaluate and enhance the promotion process, ensuring it aligns with organizational values and career growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to create and maintain a transparent and efficient promotion framework.

• Oversee the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans for underperforming employees.

What you will get:

• We offer base compensation of $130,000.

• Hybrid/flexible schedule.
