This role is responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing effective professional & leadership development programs, and learning solutions to increase individual and organizational performance. Supports the annual talent review process and ensures identified talent is positioned for continued development, leadership, project work and increased exposure.

Develops organization-wide programs and processes that build leadership capabilities and skills. Builds and markets early career programs to accelerate development and ensure a strong succession pipeline. Assure that human capital strategies align with and support business strategies.

Supports and executes organization-wide, integrated performance management strategy/process, lead performance management cycle to manage and drive high performance.

Provides Organizational Development consultation and customized interventions that facilitate the successful development of teams within the organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop programs and processes to build leadership pipeline and early career talent.

  • Deliver and/or facilitate learning solutions in a manner that both engages the learner and produces desired outcomes.

  • Provide career coaching, leadership on-boarding and consultation.

  • Support and execute the integrated performance management strategy/process (including the annual performance evaluation) to drive high performance.

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and HR on issues related to talent management, organizational change, and learning solutions.

  • Provide OD consultation and customized interventions that facilitate the successful development of teams within the organization.

  • Implement solutions to enhance employee engagement.

  • Actively contribute to Learning & Talent Management strategic planning process.

  • Participate in and/or lead HR/Corporate initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience in Training, OD, and HR, at least four of which were in a leadership capacity.

  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose problems and effectively consult with business leaders and HR partners.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, project management, organization, and leadership skills.

  • Significant experience coaching leaders at all levels.

  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining focus on execution.

  • Certifications in assessment tools and 360-feedback instruments, such as Kaiser leadership solutions, MBTI, Hogan, etc... preferred.

The estimated salary range for this position is $118,000 USD to $135,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
