The Director, Talent Acquisition can be located near any major regional Red Bull office and reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition North America. The position will lead all Talent Acquisition for Red Bull Distribution Company and our Distribution Facility in the US. You will set the recruiting strategy and lead a total team of 13 with 3 Managers as direct reports, and indirect Talent Acquisition Partners and Specialists energizing Red Bull with extraordinary talent.

TALENT ACQUISITION (TA) TEAM LEADERSHIP
Develop and execute the recruiting and talent attraction strategy for Red Bull Distribution Company and Red Bull's US Distribution facility
Ensure functional expertise within TA, cultivating pipeline both internally and externally and leveraging insights and talent trends
Recruit, onboard, mentor, and curate the talent within TA, ensuring the team is scalable through succession and development planning
Create processes, SLAs, and metrics that promote consistent processes with clear performance expectations
Directly assess and solve challenging searches when needed
Promote a collaborative culture that encourages a North America first mindset
Provide business, system, and process training
TALENT ACQUISITION BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
Advocate for and coach TA and clients to focus on hiring for overall team and business contributions
Partner with clients and Talent Business Partners on talent strategy, prioritizing functions and roles and the strategies to acquire talent
Be the primary escalation point for any RBDC or US Distribution facility TA opportunities
Create and execute diversity talent acquisition strategies
Maintain current market research on the talent landscapes and industry dynamics that are most applicable to RBDC/Distribution facilities
Work with clients and Talent Business Partners to identify future talent needs and build talent pipelines
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquistion or related Human Resource roles
Previous success leading a diverse, multi-industry, and/or corporate in Talent Acquisition or related Human Resource team
Experience managing a team and have the ability to travel 30%
Client and change management expertise
Travel 20-30%
