Responsible for leading supply/demand teams as well as S&OP/IBP process for North American Integrated Supply Chain
Collaborate with process partners across sales, merchandising, finance, and procurement to determine strategy and process for supply planning, product fulfillment, and inventory management.
Execute strategic direction and tactical plans for production planning, deployment, demand planning, and S&OP/IBP
Lead Continuous Improvement and process standardization initiatives
Work closely with manufacturing and customer fulfillment organizations to align on necessary actions to balance customer service metrics, cost targets, and inventory levels.
Skills and Experiences:
Ability to lead large teams
Develop, align, and execute a vision and strategy across multiple functions
Enterprise thinking and decision-making, sometimes with limited data
Strong communication skills and capable of influencing effectively at all levels
Manage conflict across functional teams
Experience in assessing and developing an organization
Forecasting and Inventory Management
Strategic Planning and Project Management
Continuous Improvement/Lean Supply Chain mindset
Data Analysis and Problem Solving
Minimum 8+ years in supply change management or operations management
Bachelor's Degree required, Supply Chain or similar field preferred
