Lead a team that will manage key data for the Neiman Marcus Group Supply Chain organization. Key data will include financial plans, financial results, business analytics and inbound/out bound data from suppliers. Business intelligence and analytics along with EDI data elements will be used to drive results, strategy and the daily operations of the NMG Supply Chain.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Supply Chain Analytics

  • This team will be responsible for the initial identification of the key Supply Chain drivers.

  • Develop and manage executive and floor leadership dashboards

  • Ownership of BI/A tool

  • Partner with Supply Chain leadership to understand how to utilize analytics to drive improvements and identify opportunities

Supply Chain Finance

  • Lead team that will establish annual and seasonal budgets for all areas of the Supply Chain Organization

  • Develop standardized reporting that will aide leaders in driving the financial success of their areas of responsibility

  • Identify efficient tools and or applications to manage financial plans

  • Work closely with Corporate Finance to ensure all corporate level goals and strategies are being communicated, coordinated and executed

Corporate EDI

  • Lead the EDI team in their daily efforts to manage inbound and outbound business data to NMG.

  • The EDI team will remain responsible for the data compliance of our suppliers and supporting the DC/FC facilities to ensure they have the data they need to receive shipments.

  • Responsible for all EDI Supplier Onboarding and partnership with the third party testing provider along with the 3rd party Data Integrator.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree Required Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting preferred; Business Degree is acceptable

  • Experience with Analytics and developing financial plans and forecasts, preferably in retail fulfillment/distribution

  • Strong leadership skill, leading teams in implementation of new programs and utilization of new systems

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability

  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines

As the leader, thisperson may recommend resources/space needed by the department and mayparticipate in the selection of outside services. They serve as a key promoterof the Service Center, which strives to meet and exceed the needs of itscustomers. SUPERVISOR – Division Supply Chain Officer SUPERVISES – All Onsite Supply Chain Operations personnel DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARENOT LIMITED TO: * Lead and manage all facility Supply Chainactivities * Manage the profit and loss of the facilitySupply Chain operations * Execute the infrastructure project plan for thefacility. This includes the implementation of the standardization programs forall supply chain functions, SMART cleanup, master file standardization, onlinerequisitioning, and EDI * Facilitate the implementation of market basedpurchasing projects at the facility * Execute the implementation and operational planfor all of the point of use systems * Coordinate, manage, and evaluate facility SupplyChain personnel * Create a supportive environment for supply chainstaff development and the delivery of supply chain solutions * Raise and resolve facility based supply chainissues and improvement opportunities * Coordinate and drive efforts to enable supplyimprovement initiatives (SII) to succeed within the facility * Facilitate the standardization of products andoptimize supply utilization through effective collaboration with Physicians andclinicians * Manage the facility implementation plan,identify and mitigate risks (leverage lessons learned, utilize proactivecommunication techniques), and monitor resource allocations to ensuresuccessful execution of plan * Execute the Supply Chain Performance Measurementplan at the facility and report these results to the * Supply Chain Officer in an accurate and timelymanner * Execute a continuous improvement program forsupply chain functions * Ensure useful knowledge is captured and promotesharing of information * Recommends sufficient number ofqualified/competent staff. * Determines staff qualifications and competence.Develops and maintains accurate initial and annual competency checklists, and initiatescompletion of initial and annual competency attestation forms. * Actively seeks ways to control costs withoutcompromising patient safety, quality of care of the services delivered. * Attends in-service presentations, and complete mandatoryeducation week including, but not limited to, infection control, patientsafety, quality improvements, MSDS and OSHA Standards. * Demonstrates knowledge of occurrence reportingsystem and utilizes system to report potential patient safety issues. * Is authorized to transport and deliver legenddrugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug containing devicesrelative to core competencies of the position.
