Lead a team that will manage key data for the Neiman Marcus Group Supply Chain organization. Key data will include financial plans, financial results, business analytics and inbound/out bound data from suppliers. Business intelligence and analytics along with EDI data elements will be used to drive results, strategy and the daily operations of the NMG Supply Chain.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Supply Chain Analytics

  • This team will be responsible for the initial identification of the key Supply Chain drivers.

  • Develop and manage executive and floor leadership dashboards

  • Ownership of BI/A tool

  • Partner with Supply Chain leadership to understand how to utilize analytics to drive improvements and identify opportunities

Supply Chain Finance

  • Lead team that will establish annual and seasonal budgets for all areas of the Supply Chain Organization

  • Develop standardized reporting that will aide leaders in driving the financial success of their areas of responsibility

  • Identify efficient tools and or applications to manage financial plans

  • Work closely with Corporate Finance to ensure all corporate level goals and strategies are being communicated, coordinated and executed

Corporate EDI

  • Lead the EDI team in their daily efforts to manage inbound and outbound business data to NMG.

  • The EDI team will remain responsible for the data compliance of our suppliers and supporting the DC/FC facilities to ensure they have the data they need to receive shipments.

  • Responsible for all EDI Supplier Onboarding and partnership with the third party testing provider along with the 3rd party Data Integrator.


  • Bachelors Degree Required Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting preferred; Business Degree is acceptable

  • Experience with Analytics and developing financial plans and forecasts, preferably in retail fulfillment/distribution

  • Strong leadership skill, leading teams in implementation of new programs and utilization of new systems

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability

  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
