The Strategy team at Razorfish Health is on a mission to make brands' interactions with audiences more memorable, meaningful, and measurable.
We start by developing a deep empathy and understanding for customers and the look to create simple, personal, participatory, and gratifying experiences for brands.
To help deliver on this mission, we're hunting for a Director, Experience Strategy. This role is critical to helping Razorfish translate brand strategy into tangible brand experiences.

If you've also held at least two to three different roles senior roles in digital strategy, UX, game design, decision sciences, services design, or social strategy anywhere in the healthcare space, you'd probably make our shortlist.
If you feel duty-bound to put structures in place to ensure strategy is guide executions large and small, regardless of channel or platform, you we're probably born for this job.
In the job
You'll need to be comfortable with uncovering and analyzing technographics. You'll immerse yourself in audience behavior, motivation and interaction with channels, platforms, and technology. You'll stay up-to-date on opportunities in emerging channels and be aware of the latest and greatest platform features. You'll build and strengthen ecosystems and create approaches that help teams do the same. You'll inspire our creatives and strategists to deliver memorable, meaningful, and measureable activation ideas. You'll be the force that will push our work and our clients into the future of experience strategy. You'll build a team of strategists who sees the world the way you do.
Your expertise and experience will be in high demand. On a daily basis our teams and clients will call on you and your team for support. The agency will elevate your voice and profile within the agency's marketing and within the industry at-large. To be successful, you will need to:
Partner with Chief Strategy Officer to connect the Strategy Team and rest of the agency to Technology, Media, Analytics, and Engagement
Develop relationships with high level clients
Drive agency thought leadership and content on innovations, trends, insights, and perspectives regarding the intersection of technology in health marketing
Work across agency and with clients to drive tactical brainstorming and planning
Develop processes, approaches, and tools for activation planning and development
Work closely with Technology to drive the optimal application of technology to brand experiences and ensure the strategic execution of experiences
Work closely with Analytics to drive measurement, data capture, the use of third party data, insight mining, and insightful data analysis
Work closely with Media to ensure alignment between brand strategy and media strategy and plan
Be active in new business development and regularly attend pitch presentations
Be a compelling storytelling when sharing and selling ides
Be a high EQ manager
Enjoy holding a dry erase marker and standing in front of a whiteboard
10 years; BA/BS, Graduate degree preferred
Healthcare experience not necessary, but also preferred
Experience leading digital strategy, UX, social, content strategy, or media teams
Deep understanding and interest in Analytics and Technology
