• A Strategic Innovator: Your leadership extends beyond theory, with demonstrated success in driving innovation and growth strategy programmes with clients to achieve sustainable growth in a rapidly changing autonomous world.
• Change oriented leader: You have experience in identifying value creation opportunities in each client situation, envisioning, analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that change the industry with new AI- native products, services and businesses.
• Strategic AI Innovator with a Proven Track Record: You have worked on innovations in GenAI and can showcase AI-project implementations through projects, publications, patents, or roles in AI initiatives.
• Collaborative Explorer with a Passion for Learning: You are a curious learner with a relentless drive to challenge the status quo and reinvent businesses for an autonomous age. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work effectively in diverse teams, fostering an environment of collective innovation and knowledge sharing.

Your extensive experience in behavioral design and your ability to deliver impactful AI-driven projects demonstrate your capability to develop responsible and transformative AI solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Enhance Our Strategy Offering and Capabilities: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our services and lead the evolution of our growth strategy, future portfolio strategy and future operating model offering. 
• Lead Client Engagements and Build Relationships: You will understand client needs and business objectives and oversee the formulation and implementation of strategic recommendations, from growth strategy, performance & analytics, foresight to business modeling and operating model design. Providing thought leadership and collaborating closely with our clients to ensure long-term impact.
• Act as an AI Pioneer: Partner with internal teams to develop new frameworks within our strategy practice. 
• Grow Client Accounts: Build strategic, profitable long-term relationships, driving proposals, and pitches to win new work while expanding your client network.
• Own End-to-End Client Project Delivery: Oversee complex projects, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery through effective team management.
• Define & Scope Project Deliverables: Set priorities and deadlines, manage resources, provide feedback, and ensure quality control throughout project lifecycles.
• Guide and Develop Team Skills: Actively enhance the skills and confidence of team members, sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and creating learning opportunities.
