Director of Investigation - Internal Threat Location: Roseland, NJ As a member of the Global Security Organization's (GSO) leadership team, the Director of Internal Threat is responsible for the continued development and management of the ADP's internal threat protection program spanning all business units worldwide. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Fraud Prevention and Financial Crimes, and collaborates with other members of the GSO's management team. Additionally, the role includes communicating with corporate, business unit and division executives to prioritize ADP's internal threat identification initiatives, based on relative risk to the corporation. The Director is responsible for leading the GSO's internal threat operational, intelligence, and disruptive action programs designed to protect of ADP assets worldwide. The role entails providing guidance and support to program managers, financial crimes investigators, intelligence analysts, technical and business analysts, platform integration specialists, incident response analysts and others; that are responsible for protecting ADP proprietary information, intellectual property, physical assets, funds and personnel. The role involves continually enhancing the relevance of operations within their service portfolio, in relationship to emerging risks, to help the corporation achieve a comprehensive, balanced and effective program to protect ADP assets against; compromise, theft, espionage or sabotage by an insider. The role is responsible for the strategic and operational planning and management of on-going operations, including resources requirements, and budget forecasting. The Director plays a key-role in selecting, developing and motivating highly effective program experts. Additionally, the Director is expected to maintain strong partnerships with subject matter experts in public and private organizations, including law enforcement organizations, and financial industry groups. Duties also include: * Establishing and publishing a comprehensive corporate internal threat prevention plan * Producing metrics to demonstrate overall program success, effectiveness, and business management * Providing key input to GSO leaders on specific requirements to impact the design, engineering, implementation, operations, and general delivery of internal threat protection services * Monitoring all program services and projects to ensure corporate protection plans are being followed and key security efforts and goals are achieved. * Developing and/or approving internal threat communiqués at the direction of the VP of Fraud Prevention or the Chief Security Officer, including both educational and advisory * Collaborating with Corporate Legal, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk, Human Resources and Business Unit leaders to ensure they understand the relevance of the internal threat program and support those efforts to effectively protect ADP and client assets Required Experience: * 5+ years of law enforcement or corporate security experience, in the area of financial crime investigations and/or asset protection * Experience in establishing strategic direction on complex investigative or internal threat programs * Significant experience in the use of analytical tools and their outputs, including Analyst Notebook, I2 and or Tableau * Significant experience in privacy laws, investigative processes and/or user behavioral analytics * Excellent verbal and written business communication skills * Exceptional analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage and lead multiple projects or investigations simultaneously Desired Technical Skills: * Significant experience and/or Industry Certifications in network security, data loss prevention technologies and VPN technologies * Significant knowledge of on-premises and cloud-based data warehouse products and services * Familiarity in various computer programming languages (SQL, JavaScript, Perl, Python, etc.) Required Education: * Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) from an accredited college or university ________________________ req 168616 #LITECH Software in the Cloud.
