Position Overview
We're looking for a team player that possesses fantastic interpersonal skills and has strong leadership and influencing skills. You'll need to be highly organized and have experience working with cross functional teams.
Candidates will be self-motivated and self-directed and constantly striving for improvement working with the Customer Success teams to identify ways to increase revenues. Prior experience working in growth stage venture capital companies, investment banking or management consulting required.
The Role
Develop financial models supporting Candex long-term strategic plan and associated scenario planning to support the company's strategic objectives
Manage investor relations and develop and support executive and board presentations based on findings, insights, and financial data
Support development of pricing scenarios for our various business models
Lead the development of the short-term budgets and track results and milestones against our budgets
Implement rolling quarterly forecasting and track and manage forecast versions
Leverage financial and operational data points to provide senior leadership with financial analysis to support decision making
Scope and lead financial analysis to help evaluate and support long-term projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, etc.
7 years of experience in a financial analysis role
Experience in investment banking is a plus
Excellent excel / modeling skills and familiarity with GSuite products
Knowledge of Tableau for reporting
Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
