The Director Stores Analytics and Insights will lead and act as a thought partner to our Head Store Operations and Head of Sales. He/ She will work closely with the CEO and the ELT.
Specifically, this position will:
Lead efforts to generate innovation in current solutions and emerging business needs for store sales and operational success
Communicate complex analytical results in terms that are meaningful to field and operations partners and key stakeholders
Guide strategies through sophisticated analysis on real-estate and store activity.
Provide multi-platform advanced analytics, insights, and recommendations to ensure we keep consumer experience top of mind.
Lead and drive all analytics and recommendations supporting brand level store initiatives across but not limited to strategic store testing, selling architecture and store specific trends.
Ensure continuous customer segmentation and analysis to identify, recommend, and focus on profitable and truly differentiated customer segments.
Focus to ensure testing and control methodology is sound and statistically valid.
Drive the development of enhanced data to serve as a predictive or explanatory variable for driving store productivity and sales.
8-10 years of management experience including stores, finance and retail operations
Tremendous curiosity and drive towards "what's next," the ability to see around corners and anticipate trends
Thorough knowledge of retail business and current trends
Proven analytical skill set and strong financial background
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate across functions managing ambiguity
Ability to innovate change through visionary thinking and strategic management
Well-versed in strategic vision as well as tactical execution
Exceptional communication, influencing skills and negotiating skills
Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
