Director, Storeroom Integration

SUMMARY:

The Director of Storeroom Integration is responsible for overseeing the selling, contract evaluation, planning, implementation, and deliverables of the integrated storeroom model at customer sites. This role works closely with the other onsite teams and leadership to ensure customer needs are met.

JOB DUTIES

  • Works with Corporate Accounts leadership to obtain leads and customer introductions.

  • Oversees all storeroom integration opportunities and implementation strategy and execution.

  • Creates, standardizes, reviews, and implements processes and policies regarding storeroom collaboration.

  • Tracks all key performance indicators (KPIs) after implementation.

  • Oversees storeroom integration sites to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.

  • Leads and motivates team of skilled professionals.

  • Reports activity to Corporate Accounts leadership.

  • Presents storeroom opportunities and results to Corporate Accounts customers.

  • Develops storeroom integration strategy as it grows.

  • Collaborates with other onsite service departments for growth potential.

  • Designs and conducts presentations.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of related experience, with a minimum of three (3) years of management experience or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Ability to effectively prioritize projects and ability to complete projects in a timely manner.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High-level math skills.

  • Proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Positive attitude, high energy level, & strong desire to interact directly with customers.

  • High comfort level making presentations.

  • Understanding of Motion's value-add services.

  • Familiarity with integrated supply sales model.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel required.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: None required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: 5-10 Direct Reports

BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY: No
