Business Analytics is a key member of the US Oncology Strategic Insights & Analytics team and KYMRIAH commercial team. In partnership with brand marketing, sales leadership, market research, finance, and other key stakeholders, the director is responsible for using expert analytics to provide meaningful market insights that enable effective, data driven decision-making. The Director must also demonstrate the ability to work independently with a proactive approach to meet business needs and deadlines.
Set KYMRIAH performance expectations, including creation of demand-based/patient-driven brand forecasts
Proactively monitor KYMRIAH performance to understand market dynamics; partner with Insights team to deliver strategic, insights-driven recommendations that correspond to KYMRIAH opportunities/challenges
Innovate & Improve, including employment of new data sources, creative methodologies & strategies to uncover new business opportunities & insights
Communicate data & insights-driven strategies to impact KYMRIAH business by simplifying and streamlining analytics to create the brand "story" that explains the "what" & the "why"
