  • Understand, learn and become a subject matter on the business, quickly

o Be able present a 95% success rate in resolution of questions, requests inquiries, as applicable to Solutions.

  • Clearly articulate the value of Marketplace and Solutions to growers and Trusted Advisors

o Identify Marketplace Demand opportunities

o Determine how to partner with Trusted Advisor team to help drive acceptance of Indigo value prop

  • Build trusting relationships across organization, specifically with Growers and Account Managers

o Be a liaison between the field and hedging team and be able to provide feedback

  • Provide constructive views on ways to improve the Indigo offers, specifically with value proposition to Trusted Advisor channels

  • Raise the collective effectiveness of commercial teams through coaching and training

o Be seen as a value-added support component for sales team

o Develop feedback Indigo commercial team leads on sales coaching

o Lead grower and Indigo employee training and presentations


  • Highly personable and open minded when discussing marketing practices

  • Ability to clearly communicate technical aspects of Indigo's value propositions and platforms *

o Able to succinctly define value proposition and deliver clear message to customer

  • Minimum of 3 years' professional experience required

  • Ability to travel as needed, ~60%

Provides leadership, strategic planning, direction and management to the departments within the Clinical Support division for the processes of: budget preparation for operational and capital equipment needs; resource planning/allocation; employee evaluation; performance improvement activities, direction of operational processes for Rehab services (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Recreational Therapy); Radiology Services for inpatient and outpatient, Respiratory Therapy, Clinical Lab and Anatomic Pathology. Prepares RFP (Request for Proposal) for capital equipment, goods, and services; makes decisions regarding technology needs for Health Information Services as related to clinical departments. Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive): * Provides management and direction to all Clinical Support departments in the process of budget preparation and maintenance (operational and capital), as well as directing the hiring process. * Prepares Request for Response (RFR) for capital equipment, goods, and services. * Management of operational processes for Rehab department, Clinical Lab/ Anatomic Pathology Department, Respiratory Therapy Department and Radiology Department. * For Clinical Support Services and other clinical departments, serves as Project Manager for procurements (RFP) requiring network interfacing (connectivity) to the hospital information system (Meditech). * Manages inter-departmental needs with other clinical departments, such as Ambulatory Care, Medical/Psychiatric Services, and Nursing Services to ensure that continuity of care exists between all cross-functional departments within the hospital. * Facilitates staff meetings, prepares written instructions for work assignments, resolves clinical discord, and prepares narrative and statistical reports. * Performs performance evaluations for department heads (direct reports) and manages the evaluation process for their staff. * Directs Performance Improvement activities of reporting departments. * Liaison to Human Resources department to facilitate new hires, and other related employee matters. * Liaison to vendors regarding contracts for goods, equipment, and services. * Liaison to Labor Relations Specialist for all matters pertaining to employees under direct or indirect supervision. * Chairs and or participates in various committees. Required Qualifications: Clinical knowledge in at least one of the below Ancillary sciences: * Laboratory * Radiology * Rehabilitation Services * Respiratory Services Preferred Qualifications: * Staff management skills. * Data analysis skills. * Visionary with the ability to plan strategically. * Experience in budget preparation/management. * Experience with procurements for capital equipment and services. * Prior Management and or Supervisory experience in a hospital setting. Hours to be worked: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Days Off: Saturday and Sunday About the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital: Lemuel Shattuck Hospital is a fully Joint Commission accredited teaching facility that provides acute, subacute, and ambulatory care to patients referred by public agencies and private sector providers.
