FACILITY OPERATIONS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
The Facility Operations Engineering Department is responsible for the overall health of all mechanical and electrical systems, building maintenance, and performance of all data modules in our data centers. The team is staffed 24 x 7 onsite with Critical Engineering Technicians (CETs) on each shift. This team is the face of Stream Data Centers to our customers and the first line of defense regarding the uptime of our campus as well as the performance of our customer installations. Using a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan and track work needed, the Facility Operations Engineering department performs all preventative and corrective maintenance. Our culture expects and rewards team performance that engages directly with the customers and the facility infrastructure. This is a team that does most of the actual work versus calling upon vendors. As a result, we provide superior service that is faster and more cost effective.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Site Operations will manage a team of Critical Facility Managers, CFMs, and Chief Engineers, CEs, with direction from the Senior Director of Data Center Operations. This position will oversee budgeting for all sites at the campus, Customer communication, KPI reporting, and oversee training and development of assigned CFMs and their direct reports. You will support facility operations and construction during project development, review, and execution. Duties will include managing construction schedules and MOPs, working alongside the Critical Facilities Managers. The expectation is the individual will be key in supporting and directing all operations and projects at their assigned campus.

The pay range for this role is between $120,000 - $160,000 (base). Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.
