  • Manage 3rd party vendor/supplier partnerships, including; emergency roadside assistance, glass replacement, alternative transportation, etc.

  • Collaborate internally and with vendors for the integration of service systems, including: DMS, scheduling tool, parts inventory management, cap equipment management, CRM, etc.

  • Manage executive partnerships with 3rd party service providers

  • Drive service compliance, and reporting functions with major state and federal agencies such as DOT, NHTSA, OSHA, BAR, etc.

  • Create response and management methods for recalls, service campaigns, and other escalated issues

  • Implement warranty procedures and field operations quality/audit functions

  • Drive operational excellence, partnering with HQ & frontline field teams to ensure constant improvement of systems and operations

  • Partner internally for financial and resource planning

  • Drive service program management and go-to-market functions

  • Support field teams by partnering for development of field performance indicators and business management methods and data

  • Own customer service and brand training for all customer facing personnel in vehicle service

  • Partner internally and with vendors for 24 hour call center requirements and development as related to vehicle service

  • Build a high-impact team of service program managers and operational professionals capable of scaling a global service organization across varied platforms and markets


  • In depth understanding in all aspects of automotive service repair and impacts to customer experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

  • MBA or equivalent experience

  • 15 years automotive and/or tech experience

  • EV and startup experience advantageous

  • History of excellence in program management and go-to-market functions

  • Expertise in ground-floor introduction of vehicle service in a direct-to-consumer service environment

  • A customer-centric mindset and approach and an innate drive to improve vehicle ownership experience at all levels

Position Overview In support of HP's mission to drive a more digitally enabled workplace, we are seeking an individual to build out and lead our newly identified Robotics Operations Center. Reporting to the Head of HP Digital Center of Excellence, this critical role will develop, implement and oversee a centralized team of automation and robotics experts to drive process/operational efficiencies and productivity improvements with an "automation first" strategy. This person will work with the Head of Digital Center of Excellence to build a strong, long-term automation strategy (adopting customer-centric, automation first and cloud architecture principles) and execute on the transformation roadmap that aligns with company strategic plan and growth objectives. Robotic Operations Center (ROC): * Establish ROC: Establish a "Robotic Operations Center" (ROC) to become the industry showcase for implementing, adopting and operating solutions at scale. * Develop "Automation first" strategy: Establish, implement and operationalize a unified approach to adopt "automation first" strategy through robotic process automation to achieve strategic outcomes. * "Digital Workforce" (Robots) to scale business operations: Introduce "digital workforce" (working alongside the human workforce) in the enterprise. Accelerate team performance through development of new digital competencies and management strategies, new team structures, and approaches, and digital experiences enabled by the new virtual workforce. * Centralize backlog prioritization & implementation: Identify & qualify processes for robotization and prioritize. Partner with IT to implement robotic process automation solution for the same. * Establish post-launch operating model for on-going management, monitoring, analytics, change control and performance management (e.g. maintenance, escalation of issues, manage robot changes) for digital workforce. * Establish process, operations, measurement and controls for end-to-end lifecycle management of the digital workforce (Robots). * Design & manage business security, controls and business continuity planning, execution and governance.
