This opportunity is to work closely with Salesforce leadership and account teams worldwide to craft compelling stories, visions, and solutions that resonate with Salesforce customers and prospective customers in executive briefings. You will drive the creation of presentations to deliver an experience that feels like a personal Dreamforce for each customer.
Success in this role requires working with cross-functional teams to coordinate and assemble the right vision, solution, demos, and positioning for customers, as well as the ability to create compelling stories that take the Salesforce narrative and message and translate those into the language of our customers. A mix of marketing and sales skills is required.
Role & Responsibilities:
Engage in C-level meetings with Salesforce's customers and prospective customers worldwide
Develop compelling visions, presentations, and experiences for these meetings
Incorporate the appropriate Salesforce products into a solution for individual customers
Incorporate industry trends and drivers into compelling, customized sales presentations
Work closely with senior Salesforce leadership to craft innovative content and prepare for customer events
Work closely with account teams, industry experts, and product teams to craft customer stories
Collaborate with the industry's most innovative marketers to craft and evangelize our corporate positioning and message
Pitch ideas to further Salesforce's position as an innovator and leader in the cloud application and platform market
Raise, develop, and drive breakthrough ideas that showcase Salesforce's products and core values at customer events
Experience / Skills Required:
8+ years of experience in product or corporate marketing
Experience in developing innovative, compelling, and differentiated market positioning and presentations
Proven record of collaborating with senior executives to develop executive-level presentations
Experience in working with sales teams and customers in creating custom sales presentations
Experience working collaboratively across product divisions
Passion for software-as-a-service, platform-as-a-service, and disruptive thinking
Excellent written, PowerPoint, and Apple Keynote skills
Self-motivated individual capable of leading projects from idea to success with minimal guidance
