KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Salesforce Alliance to join our Alliances organization.
Oversee the day to day alliance relationship and activities with salesforce.com (SFDC); Direct the alliance management, alliance enablement, and alliance pipeline, and support the solution development, sales, and marketing required by the alliance
Manage the firm's participation in SFDC's formal program; including training, certifications, awards, software usage rights, opportunity registration, conferences, and joint marketing
Lead development and approval of a joint business plan, support risk and legal contracts, and gain commitment from interested and affected individuals; provide the service networks with access to product management, development, support and training resources from SFDC
Oversee the alliance launch and drive the enablement of SFDC; including supporting the development of joint offerings, sales kits, training, and marketing and communications plans; drive, measure, and manage internal/external campaigns to generate demand
Educate and align SFDC field sellers / marketers with KPMG's SFDC practice and sales teams
Provide stakeholders with updates on SFDC's organization and manage the firm's alliance relationship mapping and drive progress on multiple leads; thereby increasing the size of the Alliance Influenced Pipeline
Minimum of seven years of experience in services or consultative business development with at least two years of experience managing a strategic alliance with SFDC
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships
Strong networking and influence management skills that translate into building commitment and driving actions across organizational boundaries
Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and track record of delivering results
Travel up to forty percent
