We have a position, where you will help drive Arena Solution's continued growth and expansion informed by disciplined and insightful sales operations business practices. Working cross-functionally, you'll partner with sales, finance and marketing to drive revenue growth, develop and execute sales strategy, and report on pipeline and other sales insights.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and the reporting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts and other functions/stakeholders within the company as needed.

  • Lead a sales operations team responsible for deal review and approval procedures and policy compliance as it relates to new, upsell and renewal quotes being generated by the sales teams. Oversee pricing and contract support for both new and renewal deals.

  • Develop and maintain the equitable assignment of sales team quotas, comp plans and commission statements.

  • Partner with Finance on the annual planning process as well as quarterly rolling forecast updates, for all sales streams across the organization.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.

  • Modify and create new sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.

  • Work closely with Finance and Marketing to provide the necessary Salesforce reporting needs around Retention, ARR Bookings (New & Upsell), and sales opportunity analysis.

  • Be the authority and expert on the Salesforce CPQ environment, including required standards for maintaining CRM data. Be current on latest best practices and tools/add-ons.

  • Coordinate training delivery to the sale team, including new sales staff onboarding.

  • Build peer support and strong internal company relationships with key management personnel.

  • Other initiatives as defined by leadership.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or relative work experience

  • 7-10 years of experience working in sales, business or marketing operations, or business management and leading a team.

  • Experience as a sales rep or sales manager is a plus

  • Experience managing the sales order / deal desk function is preferred

  • Experience in the Software Industry, SaaS experience required

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and Excel required

  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data, and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.

  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies

  • Demonstrated capability to project manage, lead through influence and work autonomously

  • Expert in BI tools such as Insightsquared

  • Ability to work cross functionally

  • Strong communicator; must be flexible, collaborative and transparent

The RDO will serve as the primary liason and will support all providers in the service center. Qualified candidates will also be responsible for management and growth of the Regional Account Manager (RAM) team. Responsibilities * The retention and growth of existing relationships within our long-term care facility customers * Strategically and optimally developing the assigned region by selling Company clinical services to long-term care facilities within designated geographies * Identifying opportunities to develop additional services and value propositions for these healthcare facilities * Crafting a strategic market development plan * Top line P&L responsibility for region – including revenue generation and management driving through new business and provider day management * Leading a field sales/account management team toward meeting and exceeding company state/regional budgeted revenue goal * Setting goals and providing developmental leadership to RAM team on daily basis * Establishing, fostering and growing all-important relationships with key local, regional and corporate long-term care and assisted living facility decision-makers * Maintaining and managing an accurate territory database of existing and prospective long-term care facilities * Coordinating use of other company resources (e.g., IT and Operations) to provide value-added services to long-term care facilities and to providers * Providing assistance and strategic input to Internal Operations team for assistance in driving operational processes – Enrollment, Scheduling, and Documentation * Account management at all levels Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; MBA highly desirable, or a minimum of five (5) years experience in a sales, recruitment, account management/client service or market development capacity.
