Director Sales & CSM (Customer Strategic Marketing), Target eCommerce leads and manages the Target eCommerce business strategy and implementation to achieve growth targets. This person will accelerate our sales growth across the Target omni-channel platform for Hasbro's toy and game business.In addition to managing the toy and game side of the portfolio, this individual will also need to lead as a Hasbro advocate to collaborate with our licensing counterparts to drive whole house corporate programs for our branded play experiences to drive growth of licensed merchandise in their respective categories. This critical role will lead the sales and business management team that supports the account.
A day in the life as a Director Sales & CSM, Target eCommerce
Lead short and long term business planning to create substantive account plans inclusive of business and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth for the direct sales of Hasbro's toys, games and CP business
Further the depth of account relations through day to day personal interaction with Target site merchandising, inventory planning and supply chain.
Lead analysis of sales data to ensure growth plans remain consistent with annual goals and make necessary recommendations on course adjustments as needed
Further Hasbro's direct account relationship within key merchandise categories that are critical to the growth of our licensed partners merchandise. Assist in the creation of joint corporate programs with key licensees that the growth of our franchise brands in key categories
Be an instrumental leader that will help transform Hasbro's ecommerce capabilities by helping us align our supply chain to the needs of ecommerce accounts and transform our future go to market strategies to leverage the fluid dynamics associated with the eCommerce marketplace
What you will bring:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consistently delivering financial commitments, by QTR & Full year. They understand how to drive supply chain transformation to meet the needs of all Targets platforms. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of digital media and ROI for marketing campaigns and previous experience managing a portfolio of entertainment driven brands.
BS/BA or University degree in Business or similar field, MBA a plus
Experience working in a consumer packaged goods (CPG), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and/or consumer durables industry strongly preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in eCommerce in consumer packaged goods (CPG), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and/or consumer durables industry strongly preferred
Thorough understanding of processes within Target.com and a track record of growing sales with Target.com for a consumer goods company.
Experience managing multiple internal and external teams.
Proven experience in driving accelerated revenue growth with etailers like Target.com.
Expertise in transforming strategy and vision into actionable plans.
Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically as this position will require 25-50% travel.
