What's the opportunity?
As the first Director on the global Sales & Support Enablement team, you will build and scale a best-in-class global Sales and Support Enablement organization. You will set the vision and strategy, manage and build a team that will develop, deliver and own programs and tools that result in a more successful and productive Sales and Support organization.
This team will own the development, launch and ongoing management of methodologies, playbooks, on-boarding, management training, documentation and communications to drive results and productivity as we scale. This critical role requires strategic acumen, analytical thinking, creativity and passion to developing best in class enablement programs.
